Update (June 2026): After my original review, I received an email from Shelly‑Ann threatening to send my account to collections and threatening to post about me online to harm my employment prospects unless I removed my review. She also mentioned taking legal action for “slander,” even though my review is based entirely on my direct experience and documented communication. I am updating my review to record this behaviour. No client should be intimidated or threatened for sharing an honest account of their experience. (See email under photos- updated)

I’m a single mom who trusted Win/Win Divorce Resolution because I needed help finalizing a separation agreement and had to be careful with every dollar. I paid $1,391.25 and what I received was one 40‑minute Zoom meeting on the free version of Zoom (the call cut off at 40 minutes because there was no paid account), and a draft agreement that did not match the terms of the already‑signed agreement and amendment. Important details were missing or incorrect, and the document wasn’t usable.

When I asked for a basic itemized invoice to understand how my retainer was used, I was refused. Instead, I received multiple hostile emails, including threats of collections and even threats of involving the police — simply because I asked for an invoice and a refund.

I later confirmed directly with the Academy of Financial Divorce Specialists that the practitioner is no longer authorized to use the CFDS designation, even though she continued to use it in every email signature while working with me.

Because of the unprofessional conduct, refusal to provide an invoice, and misrepresentation of credentials, I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and all appropriate authorities. I ended up stopping the process and going through a lawyer instead.

Sharing this so other families — especially single parents trying to protect their finances — can BE AWARE before choosing this business.
